Blow-out of Garden Beds & Hedges

If selected, we will use a blower to clear all loose debris from the hedge/bed areas. If you require a deeper clean, also select leaf clean-up or an add-on service.

Power Raking

If selected, we will use a power rake machine to loosen the dead grass/thatch that is stuck among the healthy green of your lawn and then rake the entire lawn to remove the debris.

Lawn Aerating

If selected, we will use a machine aerator to pull out plugs of soil from your lawn, which allows water to reach the grass roots. The plugs will be left on the lawn to decompose, promoting soil health.

Leaf Cleanup

If selected, we will blow/rake up the leaves on your entire property. You can specify the quantity of leaves remaining from last Fall in the app.

First Lawn Mow & Trim

If selected, we will mow/trim your lawn, in order to pickup any remaining debris at the end of the service and leave a clean-looking lawn.

We know that Spring weather can be unpredictable. With a MowSnowPros Spring Cleanup quote, you have 90 days to accept the quote and select your available days for service.

Spring Cleanup Frequently Asked Questions

Spring Cleanups are quoted and scheduled right from our mobile or web app. You select 3-5 dates for service and we’ll work around the weather to complete your Cleanup on those dates. You’ll be notified once a date has been tentatively scheduled by your MowSnowPro.

We do not book exact times for service. We instead commit to service dates. MowSnowPros usually have 2-3 spring cleanups booked per day, and we don’t want to rush them through one job just to make a set time on another. If you have specific preferences or needs based on timing, include that in your comments when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

We require a payment method on file to book work. Payment is automatically processed after spring yard work is completed using this payment method. We only accept valid credit or debit cards. Payments are processed securely and a receipt is emailed. Our app uses Stripe, a global third-party payment processor to securely hold your payment information.

Re-posting can happen due to equipment issues, scheduling, or emergencies, and although we try to avoid it, this is the fastest way to ensure your work proceeds normally with a different service provider. If the original MowSnowPro is unable to complete your spring cleanup, it is made immediately available to our network of MowSnowPros and will likely be reaccepted shortly. Our internal team is watching and monitoring all work to ensure timely completion.

Reasons for rescheduling include equipment issues, bad weather, or emergencies only. Your service provider will work within the service dates you selected to complete your spring cleanup. If they are unable to complete the job promptly, your job may be reposted and made available for another available service provider to complete sooner.

Your MowSnowPro will arrive before 7:00 pm on the date of service. Our MowSnowPros complete spring yard work during appropriate hours as per City noise bylaws and daylight. This can be anytime between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. You’ll likely be notified when they are on their way to you via the app or email. Our internal team monitors all jobs each day to ensure timely completion.

Leave the admin work to us. Our internal team is available to assist with any questions, booking changes, or add any notes that will help your spring cleanup service run smoothly. We’ll connect with your service provider on your behalf to confirm booking notes. Email us at [email protected] for the fastest response.

After work is complete, you have a 12-hour window to rate and review the work in the web or mobile app. It is in the job card next to the rate and review window that you will find the tip function. Missed the window? Email us and we’ll ensure your gratuity reaches the MowSnowPro. We remit 100% of all tips to the MowSnowPro.

Leave a star rating out of five stars and/or review the spring cleanup work right on your job card in the app. In the first 12 hours after work is finished you will find the job card in “Accepted Jobs”. After that, you will find the job card in your “Job History”. Ratings and reviews are a great way to thank your MowSnowPro and let them know what you loved, or let us know if something was missed. Our team reviews all reviews, each day.

There are a few features in app to let us know something isn’t quite right with your completed yard work. This includes ratings, reviews, and disputing a job.
