If we don’t know there was a problem with the service, we can’t fix it.
That’s why we’ve incorporated several mechanisms through our mobile and web app that make it easy for you to make us aware of issues.
- Rate your MowSnowPro after the service and provide feedback. Our team monitors this daily, and will follow-up on poor ratings.
- There is a red “Dispute” button on each of your completed services, click this if you would like to provide our team with additional details.
- If you’d prefer your MowSnowPro not to see a job rating, comment or dispute, it’s best to email us directly by clicking “Contact Us”.
As a network committed to providing both our customers and independent contractors with a positive experience, we follow-up with the MowSnowPro that completed your job to understand what went wrong and why.
If we require more information after reviewing your feedback and speaking with the MowSnowPro, we’ll send you an email. In most cases we find that job issues are simply due to a misunderstanding of the job requirements.
After understanding what happened, our number one priority is getting it fixed and leaving you satisfied. Usually, this just involves having your MowSnowPro back out to complete whatever was missed.
In more extreme and rare cases, we may have a different service provider out to redo the job for you, or a credit can be applied to your account.
We’ll send you an email after the job has been fixed, often with new after photos and to confirm that you were satisfied with the resolution.
If the MowSnowPro has resolved the initial issue and you’re satisfied, you can update your rating from “Job History” in the app.
