Our Response to COVID-19

MowSnowPros has been monitoring information from health and city officials, and at this time we continue to serve our customers. We are aware the situation is rapidly evolving and our ability to stay open could change. In the meantime, we appreciate your continued support.

If you request service from MowSnowPros, know that our MowSnowPros will be wearing gloves and avoiding contact with anything on your property, except for your lawn and debris on your lawn. MowSnowPros will not ring any doorbells. Additionally, we ask all MowSnowPros and customers to follow social distancing recommendations made by health officials and keep at least two metres away from each other.

MowSnowPros will follow these precautions as we continue to offer our regular services. Spring clean-ups will begin as soon as any remaining snow melts and lawns are dry. For lawn care, you can choose recurring, vacation or on-demand services. You can continue to expect the same high quality service you have always received from us.

By using MowSnowPros, you are supporting people in your community. Many MowSnowPros mow lawns and shovel snow to earn extra income. We are hearing from some MowSnowPros that they are now relying solely on income from MowSnowPros, as they have recently been laid off from their primary jobs. On behalf of all our MowSnowPros, your support is greatly appreciated during this tough time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me. I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented situation.
