How to Setup Your Account

Register Your New Account

  • Download the NEW MowSnowPros app:
    • Click here for iOS
    • Click here for Android
  • At the top of the first screen, tap over to “Register”
  • Register your new account using any of the social login buttons, or entering your email and a password

Complete Your Profile

  • Complete your profile by adding your first and last name
  • If you would like to be able to receive SMS text service updates, ensure you include a mobile number
    • This can also help us to reach you if there’s any questions while a MowSnowPro is completing your service
  • Read and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, then tap “Verify” to proceed

Verify Your Account

  • You will be emailed a 4 digit code to the email address you registered with – this is so that we can confirm your email is accurate
  • Enter the 4 digit code to automatically verify your account

Add Your Property

  • Tap the image or “+” in the top right corner to add a property to your account
  • If you’re currently at the location you’d like service, you can click the GPS icon to the right of the address field to automatically enter the address, otherwise click “Search Property Location” and type in the address

  • When the address you search pops up, click on it and then press save

  • If you have a unit or lot number, just enter the main address for the complex, and indicate the unit or lot number in the comments

Create a Job

  • You can add additional properties by clicking the “+” in the top right corner and following the same steps
  • To setup a job request, tap “Create Job” on the property card you would like service at
    • Follow the steps below to setup either snow removal or lawn mowing
